We just wanted to write to you and thank you
for everything - our honeymoon was the most incredible trip we have ever
been on! The hotels were amazing - the Grand Hyatt in Kauai was the
nicest hotel either of us had ever seen in our
lives. You planned the order of islands perfectly and having rental
cars was so liberating! We will recommend you to all of our friends so
that hopefully they can have as good of an experience.
One thing we thought would be helpful to
mention to you for the future was the Pearl Harbor tour that we took -
while being the cheapest way to see Pearl Harbor it was actually not a
tour we would recommend - Pearl Harbor was the only
thing worth seeing (the Punchbowl could have been interesting but we
just did a driveby). Additionally we would recommend to any honeymoon
couples in the future that while it is important to see Pearl Harbor
it's pretty depressing and probably not honeymoon-grade
material - you can always go see it your next time in Hawaii!
So again thank you so much for making our
honeymoon planning extremely easy, our travel worry free and the overall
experience one we will never forget!

Hey Patty-
Sorry for taking so long to email you to tell you how our Honeymoon went, we have been swamped. Anyways, Anguilla was incredible!!! We would recommend it to anyone, the people there were the nicest we have ever met. Cap Juluca was incredible as well, we thought they had the best beach on the island! We got your card and bottle of rum, thank you! They also let us trade in the free lunch for a sunset cruise which was awesome. The service was impeccable everywhere we went, the beach bars were awesome, we have no complaints! We loved every second of it and are already trying to figure out when we will be able to make it back there someday.
Saint Marteen was nice as well, just much different then Anguilla. The Westin was okay, the only thing that was strange was that they harassed us in the hallways everyday trying to get us to tour the timeshares but besides for that the hotel was good. The pool was awesome. We did take the time to drive to the Radisson (which was the place we were staying before it got shut down for repairs). If anyone ever asks you about a nice place to stay in Saint Martin we would recommend the Radisson, the cove it sits in is beautiful. Either way we loved our time on Saint Marteen as well. In fact as good as the food was on Anguilla (and it was exceptional!) the best restaurant we went to the our entire honeymoon was a place called Sol e Luna which was on the French side. If you ever have a client that wants to go to one of these islands and want any input on beaches, restaurants, hotels, etc.... feel free to call or shoot us an email anytime. We did a lot of exploring, eating and drinking in both places, so we saw a lot. Again we just wanted to thank you for all the help, we had such and amazing time! You were a pleasure to work with and made great recommendations. We will definitely be in touch soon when we want to go on our next big vacation!

We learned of Patty through a friend and decided to contact her to help us arrange a trip to Turks and Caicos. Having heard it was a great vacation spot, but knowing little about the islands, we hoped Patty might steer us in the right direction. Not only did Patty have personal knowledge of the islands but went out of her way to provide us with information about the various resorts. She made numerous phone calls to inquire about accommodations and helped guide us toward resorts that would best suit our two teenage children as well. We arrived without problems and discovered our suite/condo to be more than what we had hoped. I had requested a room with an ocean view if possible and Patty said she would make the request but could not guarantee. We were thrilled to discover that our suite had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean and was immaculately maintained. I would return to this resort and request the same suite again. Throughout the process, Patty was extremely thorough and attentive to details. We would highly recommend her to those who want to travel without the worries and stress of planning.

It has been said, ‘the best education is to travel’.
For the past two years my wife and I have made 6 trips to the UK, more specifically to Scotland, my ancestral home. We have falling in love with Edinburgh and for me it is my second home. We were in the UK back in 1986 and for a very short time in Scotland and we said that one day we would return. It only took 20 years. The past few trips we have been doing family research in an attempt to find family still living in Scotland. To date, we haven’t had much luck, but that just gives us another excuse to return to continue the research.
Our first trip 20 years ago was guided tours through sections of the UK. Between our trips I had researched traveling and sought out different writers on travel. I watched a PBS show ‘Rick Steves Europe’ and got his book on Great Britain. In his foreword, he stated the best holiday will be accomplished with a great travel agent. They can do as little or as much as you would like to create the holiday trip of a life time. They will get the best airfare rate or if you have a preference for an airline they will set that up for you. They can set up all the transfers from your house to the airport and back as well as all the connections during your holiday trip. They are able to suggest guided tours during your trip and arrange for that as well as all the places you will stay at during your trip. That is how I came to find Patty.
I searched for a local travel agent and I truly found a sparkling diamond. Patty is just that, a diamond. When we first talked it was by phone and I explained that I was arranging for all of my housing, but I wanted her to work on airline tickets and passes for the tube (the subway in London), buses and the train from London to Edinburgh, all of which she handled with ease. I asked her once if my requests for essentially airfare and transfers were common; she said I was an exception to her normal.
Most of her clients are in guided tours groups to different locations which she has already taken in order to better advice her clients on the different tours. Her experience and knowledge on many different locations is brilliant. I booked into guest houses for all the trips we have taken ahead of time and got the pricing for our time at each place. This was important to have in order to purchase travel insurance as Patty suggested. She included the information along with all airfares and costs associated with the transfers from place to place and this will give you a real piece of mind should an unfortunate circumstances
prevent you from making the trip.
We are planning on new trips and with Patty’s guidance; we will have an excellent time. Our future trips will include, Utah,
Portugal, Italy, Poland and of course Scotland.

Thank you for following up! We had an absolutely amazing time! Honestly, I could not have asked for a better vacation. We were all thoroughly relaxed by the time we returned. The flights went fine (a slight delay on the way out but no big deal). Transportation to and from the hotel was great. And, the hotel itself was just incredible. Our room was brand new, clean and sunny. The water park was great. The restaurants were good (expensive but decent). The property itself and the private beach were fantastic. And the whole thing was just so easy. We have been talking about it non-stop since we returned. We have even talked about booking it again next year (but for a few more days). We just wanted to let you know that you picked the perfect place for us. We loved the resort and were very impressed with the first "all-inclusive" that we have done(other than that cruise). Our room was perfect! We had an ocean front with a balcony. The jacuzzi also had a large window - ocean front. I expected ocean view but this was so much more. We understand why people rave about Aruba. Perfect weather, friendly people, plenty to do or NOT do. Thanks for arranging such a great trip. It's one that we would do again. Every thing went very smoothly.
