Include your return mailing address and any special message along with the names of the guests requesting the gift certificate, and amount of the Gift Certificate. Once the check is received the certificate will be promptly returned in time for the event. Please allow ample time for mailing. If you prefer to meet at my home office, please call to arrange an appointment. (Credit and Debit Cards are not accepted for this complimentary service).
